REFUNDS


Any damaged or dead trees must be reported back to spruce and maple customer service within 48 hours of delivery. Please submit a photograph of the damage, and customer service will respond within 48 hours to fulfill the proper refund. After 48 hours of delivery Spruce and Maple holds no responsibility for the trees its customers purchased.


SHIPPING


Any plant or tree ordered from Spruce and Maple will be shipped on Monday. We will pack all orders each Sunday to go out for delivery the following Monday morning. The cutoff time for Monday shipping is each Friday by 12am. Anything ordered after this time will carry over into the following shipping batch. If you would like a specific date to have a delivery arrive please give us at least a month's notice, to ensure we can meet your expectations.
